Buying a Shed

Choose from three standard sizes: 8×10, 10×12, or 10×14. Every shed has a published installed price and a complete list of included features, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Add any Optional Add On, then choose your exterior paint and architectural shingle colors. Two exterior paint colors are included with every shed.

We’ll connect by phone or text to review your selections, door and window placement, site conditions, and final price. If a site visit is necessary, we’ll arrange one.

We’ll prepare a sales agreement outlining your shed size, selections, final price, and construction date. Once you’ve reviewed and signed it, a $250 deposit reserves your build date and is credited toward your total.

No delivery trucks driving across your lawn. No removing gates or fences to squeeze in a prebuilt shed. We build your shed on site and leave you with a fully painted, ready to use shed. Not another project.

We finish the exterior painting, review the completed shed with you, and collect the final balance upon completion. Your new shed is ready to use.
